First they attacked the teachers and schools
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a teacher in a school and anyway they have plenty of holidays!!
Then they attacked the feckless and lazy
and I didn't speak out because I work hard pay my taxes and didn’t live on benefits
Then they attacked those with an additional bedroom
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't in social housing so it didn’t affect me .
Then they attacked the elderly who were cold
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a elderly or cold .
Then they attacked the disabled or those they thought were pretending
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a disabled or pretending.
Then they attacked me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.
